FALL PRAISE AND WORSHIP REVIVAL_2023

PRAISE GOD FOR ALL THINGS!
We, at CDLMinistries, just want to take a few moments to thank everyone who was involved and supported our Fall Praise and Worship 2023 Event. God blessed beyond what mere words could express over these 21-Days. We had 1-6 drivers come nightly - desiring to hear His Word and search for answers that were on their heart, during these troubled times. When the world is falling apart, we must stand strong together and that is what we saw nightly - under the tent

There were several who accepted Christ as their Savior, yet others rededicated their lives to follow Him daily. We handed out more than 3-cases of Bibles (24/case) in both English and Spanish - spoke to many nationalities and cultures about Christ. We also gave out more than 160+ zip-log-gift-bags; having things such as: snacks for the road / toothbrushes / toothpaste, and bottled water. Like many years before, we had the opportunity to hear from speakers / special music, and messages - all to His Glory.

Each time the tent goes up over these past 6-7 years, we pray about the impact it will make; not knowing whether the drivers will come has always been left in God's hands, and each time we see God "bringing them in."

We also wish to thank everyone who "walked the lots in all kinds of weather" and "put up and take down the tent" to allow them to come in - and they did!

"So, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."
(1 Corinthians 10:31)

Thank you for being involved and "don't forget" -- Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and we will be joining efforts with Crossroads Church in Tyler Texas to hand out meals to all who are on the road over this holiday. We need your help!

PRAISE AND WORSHIP - CDLM SPRING 2022

CDLMinistries
Praise and Worship Event
Spring - 2022

We began our Spring Event behind the Farmhouse in Van on 24-April and will have services every night through 14-May at 7:00. Come join us for a blessing as we share Christ to our drivers.

This year we have to totally blessed by having our original tent back, after it was destroyed during a wind and rain event. Thanks to Lyle Murdock, who manufactured and gifted CDLM with all new metal framing, we have been blessed with a much stronger frame. Over the past few years, while our tent was being repaired, Lyle has been supplying a tent through his church ministry.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING THERE FOR US; FOR BOTH
THE USE OF YOUR TENT AND ALL THE WORKERS WHO
HELP GETTING IT UP, DOWN, AND STORED BETWEEN EVENTS

As in the past, we have been also blessed by several churches in the area with "great pastors" who bring their music personnel with them. We continue to look forward for what God has in store for us for the remaining time we have under this Spring event.

FALL-2021_21 DAYS OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP

21 DAYS OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP

3-OCT THROUGH 23-OCT

We have been blessed each night in attendance, with several drivers coming to hear what is being shared. We start each night at 7:00 p.m. (under the tent) - please consider attending and see what God wishes to share to your hearts. Jim Hill has again erected the Cross of Christ to broadcast our services each night. We want to thank Jim for doing this; for it is pointed directly to the parking lot of Love's Truck Stop.

Below are just some pictures taken:

SPRING 2021_21-DAYS OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP

 21-DAYS OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP

We are in the middle of our Spring 21-Days of Praise and Worship (under the tent) and wanted to share some of the blessings received for God.

1. Nightly turn out has been great, with several truck drivers attending, along with those coming with our nightly speaker. On an average we have had in attendance a minimum of 8 and a max of 25 people for our services. We have seen 2-3 people either rededicating themselves to our Lord and Savior or accepting Him as their Savior for the first time.

2. Weather has been good for the most part - with little rain. We have only had to cancel one night based on thunder-storms that were threating. Our location had to be moved more behind the Farmhouse based on some construction changes to the Farmhouse parking lot, but have been again fortunate to have on-site our CROSS supplied by Jim Hill that lite up the nightly sky offering all an invitation to hear from God.

3. We have also had people walk the parking lot nightly, in addition to serval weeks before - handing out gifts to the drivers and thanking them for their service to our Nation.

4. We give all the glory to God for allowing us this opportunity and thank - especially from Lighthouse Gospel Center Ministries, Quitman, TX for providing, erecting, and removal of their tent - allowing this event to happen.

Pictures below are just a small sample of what has been going on. Again, thanks to all and especially thanks to God for helping us complete our tasks.

CDLMinistries - Fall Revival_Praise and Worship Event 2020

After a long and stressful Spring and Summer, we at CDLMinistries, want to just share a few pictures from our Fall Revival "under the tent."

There is still time to attend - event goes from 27-Sept to 17-Oct every night at 7:00 p.mWe are behind the Farmhouse Restaurant, Van TX.

Come and visit and hear a Word for the Lord

We give God all the Praise of our turn-out nightly. We had several truck drivers attend and come back 2-4 times based on their routing schedules.

Please continue to pray as to your involvement to support our ministry (personally / financially / prayerfully).

In addition to this posting, we have added a number of articles on our Facebook website.

If you are not a member, please send us a request to join.

All messages have been from God's Word, which is needed so much today. We only ask that you pray for our Nation. We have never ben where we are today as a nation. While division abound in almost every segment of America, it is time to cry out to God in prayer for revival. No longer can the people of God be selint before the Lord. We need to call out to God passionately and urgently until the glory of God is experienced in every corner of our nation.

As you pray - pray for:
  • Leaders that bring America together and stop division (1 Timothy 2:1-2)
  • Pray for unity in the church of America and not confusion or cynicism that will turn people away (1 Corinthians 1:10).
  • Pray that God's Will be seen as the true authority over mankind and stop those who only wish to lead us down the wrong path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

To those who have stood by us over these past 11 years - we offer thanks. You have help and encouraged us to keep going during some dark hours: our tent being hit by both a truck and several storms - times when we knew the "harvest is plentiful, but the workers have been few" - staff change-out giving us limited resources for events

For those who have shared God's Word during our 21-Days of Praise and Worship - please continue to pray as to how you can further serve / support us financially / and most important - pray for our truck drivers. We have richly been blessed nightly by what you have offered and I know the drivers grew closer to God though your words.

As we all look to November 3rd and the outcome of our election, we know God remains in control for those who know Him.

MAY GOD RICHLY BLESS ALL OF US AS WE MOVE FORWARD IN HIM.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC 2020

COVID-19 Pandemic 2020

Many of us remain in our homes (shelter-in-place) in fearful of contracting this virus. We hope and pray for an end, but receive not reassurance from those in authority; only the numbers who died in the last 24-hours and that story changes almost hourly. But know this - there are those out there that are critical to our survival; serving on the front lines - The Trucking Industry. For them, days go forward as if no change - adding more stress and longer periods away from home to ensure materials are getting delivered. They are the unsung heroes that many times go without thanks. Nurses and doctors certainly are acknowledged, but truckers are and continue to be not recognized.

We at CDLMinistries want to thank them for their commitment to our Nation. Know that we are praying for you all and want to lift you up to receive a special blessing for God for all that you do.

Know also, there will come a time when the COVID-19 Pandemic of 2020 will be in the rear-view-mirror and things will go back to some kind of norm. I thought is fitting to offer this picture above. It was God who took Noah through a time of great stress, but offered a rainbow to ensure he knew there would be brighter days ahead. It is only fitting that this picture shows a rainbow over a truck stop; for God's promise great reward faithful servants.

Also - let us not forget what they are doing and will continue to do when things return to norm. Let us not forget that they do it without complaint - for the country they love. Pray for their families at home who are alone during this time.

PLEASE BE IN PRAYER FOR ALL DRIVERS - We have received several distributing text messages and cell calls stating some drivers have experienced truck stop closures and / or have seen facilities not offering showers and food in fear of contracting COVID-19. NOTE: because of their physical size, their trucks are too large to fit through a drive-through condition. To those truck stops out there who have closed services - please open them up...
